General terms and conditions with customer information

1) Scope

These terms apply to contracts between a consumer or business customer and MITTMANNLIVE WORKSHOP EQUIPMENT MACHINERY & SPARE PARTS TRADING L.L.C, Dubai, UAE (“seller”) for goods, digital products and licence keys displayed in the online store. Conflicting customer terms apply only if accepted by the seller. The customer acquires no intellectual-property rights in a digital product; the product page defines its features and the granted use rights.

2) Contract formation

Product descriptions are not binding offers. The customer submits a binding offer by completing checkout and pressing the final order button, or by email, contact form or telephone. The seller may accept within five days by sending written confirmation, delivering the goods or requesting payment; the contract is formed when the first of these occurs. Order details are stored and sent electronically. Input can be corrected before submission. The customer must provide a valid email address and ensure that order messages can be received.

3) Cancellation

Consumers have a right to cancel where mandatory law provides it. Details are in the published cancellation policy. Additional mandatory rights at the consumer’s place of residence remain unaffected.

4) Prices, taxes and payment

Prices and taxes shown at checkout apply. VAT or similar tax depends on the delivery address, goods, route and any relevant registration; no blanket 0% treatment applies. Shipping is free of charge for customers. The seller handles customs clearance and covers all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other import-related charges. The customer incurs no additional costs as a result, either on delivery or afterwards. The total order amount shown at checkout is definitive. Only checkout payment methods apply. Advance bank-transfer amounts are due immediately unless a later date is agreed.

5) Delivery and shipping

Delivery is made to the supplied address using the method shown at checkout. Goods may ship from Dubai or directly from an authorised supplier in China and may arrive in partial shipments without unagreed extra cost. Times are estimates. Digital content is delivered by link or customer account and does not require tracking.

6) Licence keys

The seller grants the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital product as described for the licence term. Keys may not be published, copied, resold or shared with unauthorised persons. Manufacturer accounts, internet access or additional terms may be required where stated.

7) Subscriptions

The term, renewal and termination rules shown on the product page or at checkout apply. Termination does not affect rights accrued before it becomes effective.

8) Retention of title

Physical goods remain the seller’s property until paid in full, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9) Defects and warranty

Mandatory warranty rights apply. Report defects to info@mittmannlive.de with an adequate description and evidence. Liability does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to follow manufacturer instructions or normal wear. Liability that cannot legally be limited and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10) Repair services

Scope, price and timing are agreed after inspection or in the quotation. No additional paid work is performed without approval. Customers should back up and remove personal data where possible before sending equipment.

11) Promotional vouchers

Offer period, minimum order and eligible products apply. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined unless stated. Returns are refunded based on the amount actually paid.

12) Governing law

UAE law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection that cannot be excluded under the law of their country of residence.

13) Jurisdiction

For traders and legal entities, jurisdiction is Dubai unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

14) Alternative dispute resolution

Contact info@mittmannlive.de first so we can seek a direct solution. This does not create an obligation to participate in alternative dispute resolution unless required by law. The right to approach competent authorities or courts remains unaffected.
