Shipping, Delivery and Payment

Shipping origin

Physical goods are shipped exclusively from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, or directly on behalf of the seller by authorised suppliers in China. No goods are shipped from Germany.

Shipping destinations and costs

We deliver all products offered in our online store worldwide. Shipping is free for customers; no shipping fee is charged at checkout. Delivery times stated on the relevant product page are estimates and begin once payment has been confirmed and order processing has been completed.

Orders may be delivered in several partial shipments, particularly when an authorised supplier in China ships directly. Customers will not incur any additional shipping charges as a result.

Customs, import duties and taxes

We handle customs clearance and cover all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other import-related charges. Our customers incur no additional costs as a result, either on delivery or afterwards. The total order amount shown at checkout is definitive. Tax treatment depends on the individual transaction, delivery address, type of goods and any applicable registration; no blanket 0% treatment applies.

Digital products

No shipping charges apply to digital content. The download link or access in the customer account is normally provided within 24 hours after the contract is concluded, or after receipt of payment has been confirmed when payment is made in advance. No tracking number is required for digital products.

Payment

Only the payment methods offered at checkout apply. For bank transfers, the order is processed after receipt of the full invoice amount has been confirmed in the business account specified in the current payment instructions. Any fees charged by the sender's bank or correspondent banks are payable by the customer.

Returns

Please contact info@mittmannlive.de before returning any goods. Do not send goods to the former German address. After reviewing the case, we will provide the valid return address or authorised return centre; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
