Cancellation policy and model cancellation form

This notice applies to consumers where mandatory law—particularly for deliveries into the European Union—provides a right to cancel. Any additional mandatory consumer rights at the customer’s place of residence remain unaffected.

A. Cancellation policy

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item. For contracts covering several regular deliveries, it begins upon receipt of the first item.

To exercise the right, send us a clear statement by email or letter:

Effects of cancellation

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. Additional costs for another delivery method are not refunded. We generally use the original payment method; manual bank-transfer refunds are sent to the account confirmed by the customer. We charge no refund fee.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they were returned, whichever is earlier. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after your notice. Contact info@mittmannlive.de first so we can confirm the valid return address or authorised return centre. Do not send goods to the former German address.

You bear the direct return cost unless mandatory law or an express agreement provides otherwise. You are liable for diminished value only where handling exceeded what was necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Exclusions and early expiry

The right does not apply in particular to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised, and may expire for sealed software or sealed audio/video recordings once unsealed. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right may expire after performance begins with the consumer’s express prior consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right, where applicable law so provides.
